A/C went out yesterday evening. Called Clark Heating, A/C this morning and they immediately scheduled and dispatched a tech to troubleshoot the issue. My tech was Jason B. and he was nothing less than outstanding. He explained the issue in layman's terms. Applied the solution, and I'm back in the cool comfort zone once again! I'd definitely recommend this company for all your HVAC needs.

We are extremely pleased with all aspects of doing business with Clark. From the initial consultation with Scott to the installation and follow-up inspection, it was nothing but easy and pleasant. Scott took the time to discuss our needs and expectations to our complete satisfaction. The installation was so perfect that I almost cannot believe it. The installers were on time, properly equipped for the job, and so quiet and efficient in doing their jobs that it is hard to describe. Clark was recommended to me by a friend who said that we would not be disappointed ... he was absolutely correct. I would recommend these folks to anyone!!! Such a change from the typical contracted work.
Fast forward to 2025. AC stopped cooling. Called Clark and within a very short time, 2 Clark techs were here. Jason and Jarvis were great. Very professional and well versed in their trade. It was a pleasure having them fix our problem. Kudos to them and to Clark!!!!

Quick and Efficient Service
Put a call in to request a repair on our outside unit and was told someone would be here within a 5-hour window. Jarvis, our technician, was here within an hour. He diagnosed the problem and had us back up and cooling within an hour. This is the second time we have used them in five years, and they have always been quick, efficient, and pleasant. We will definitely continue to call them for any needs we may have.

Great service - prompt phone call from weekend answering service, and Jason showed up exactly when he said. AC unit needed a new capacitor and was a little low on freon, and Jason got it fixed quickly. Highly recommend Clark!

Benjamin Sumner did a fantastic job in cleaning our AC unit before the summer hit us. He did a lot of things above and beyond what other companies have done for our unit. I've had rental properties in two different states and I have worked with a lot of AC companies, but nobody had a technician as detailed as Benjamin. And I had a lot of questions on why he was doing and checking things that other companies didn't do.
