Very helpful, explained everything, got right to work, was finished in very timely manner. Very professional, great communication, extremely friendly. Cannot express this strongly enough—very reasonable pricing for the work he did. And above and beyond—even changed a ceiling light bulb for my mother, completely unrelated to what he was there for. Once I decided on which resolution was best for me, Marcus quickly began to fix the problem. I asked for an additional task, and he quickly gave me a quote for repair, and I agreed.
