Overall, great quality work
I had Clark install a water line and HVAC vent for a new washer and dryer hookup. They did the work all in one day, and I’m very happy with how it turned out.
I will say that the plumber did not communicate some of the cost up front, but he made it right by waiving the extra fee for the work we discussed, so it worked out.
The only other issue is that they ran a bit behind with the HVAC work. I told them when I booked the appointment that I needed all the work to be done by 3, or for them to stop at 3 and come back the next morning to finish it, because I had an appointment I had to get to. Both the plumber and HVAC technicians said they understood and would be able to accommodate me. The plumbers were done by 2:30, but the HVAC work wasn’t finished until 3:40, and the HVAC technician was unwilling to come back the next day to finish it, which almost made me late for my appointment.
Overall, great quality work, but communication could be better.

Positive experience with the company. Sent out technicians for both a plumbing question and an HVAC question. Was only charged one fee, and the quality was great. Answered all questions, didn't try to upsell. Couldn't recommend them more.
