Wow, on the day after Christmas, with a house full of guests, my 50-year-old kitchen sink backed up. I called Clark Heating, Air & Plumbing. Within two hours they sent Marcus Palmer out. He was a delight, and he was good. He's a big guy, but he climbed up on the roof, and, with the help of a young assistant, he snaked out the drain and had us up and running in time to wash the lunch dishes. Let me also add, the cost was very reasonable.

Very helpful, explained everything, got right to work, was finished in very timely manner. Very professional, great communication, extremely friendly. Cannot express this strongly enough—very reasonable pricing for the work he did. And above and beyond—even changed a ceiling light bulb for my mother, completely unrelated to what he was there for. I discovered my garbage disposal was leaking on a Friday morning. I had heard good things about Clark on the radio. I decided to call them because of that and also that they worked weekends, a concern in case same-day scheduling might not be available. Not a worry. I called at 10:30 a.m. and had a new grinder by 2:30. Marcus and his assistant were very courteous and professional. He even looked at the other basin's drain in the double sink and noticed and repaired an issue there. I appreciated that they spent ample time to leak test their work. Cost-wise it seemed a lot for two guys for an hour and a half, but really not out of line with plumbing work I've had done by others. I was glad for the military veteran discount.

My technician was Doug. I had an emergency plumbing issue and he came right out and worked diligently until the issue was fixed! I was very impressed with his professionalism and knowledge. I recommend this business and Doug! They had to come back out and fix an additional problem we found from the first instance, and Brad accompanied Doug. They were both professional and completed the work in a timely fashion.
I couldn't figure out how to leave another review, so I'm editing this one to add an additional positive experience. I had a plumbing issue in a different house than the above and got a tech named Jeremy. He was patient and walked me through each step of the problem. Clark Heating & Air is a quality business and they hire quality as well!
Update - Bathroom faucet
Someone I tried to put a new bathroom faucet in for my wife... I got most of the job done and then, not so much. Doug gets dispatched to my aid ONCE AGAIN and like always helps me out. This post is years later, still quality work, still professional, still a satisfied customer!

They explained our options thoroughly and got what we needed ordered that day. The work required an electrician and a carpenter as well as a plumber.
