Ty was thorough and kind
My dad is elderly but stubborn, so he insists on having his independence and living by himself. He waited until 3 p.m. on the coldest day of the year to tell me that his heat wasn't working. I immediately left work and raced over to his house to see what I could do to help. In the meantime, he called Clark Heating. By the time I got to my dad's house (about a 25-minute drive), a technician from Clark was pulling up in the driveway to help. While I am grateful they were able to respond so quickly, I am even more grateful for their kind, thoughtful, and knowledgeable technician that showed up. I don't know his full name, but his first name was Ty. I want to give a big shout out to Ty for doing such a great job and taking his time to explain to us what was wrong with my dad's heat and what steps needed to be taken. He didn't have to be so thorough, and his kindness was just the cherry on top. I know he was making additional stops last night after leaving my dad's house, and I commend him for going the extra mile with a smile on his face. He certainly couldn't have been nicer. Clark Heating and AC is lucky to have him represent their company. If all of their technicians are this good, then I promise you won't be disappointed in their work. We will definitely be using them again!

The heater broke down, and they repaired it responsibly and as quickly as possible. They accurately diagnosed the broken part and even confirmed that it was working properly after repair. Last summer, I had my air conditioner repaired, and they did it kindly and quickly that time as well. This is a company you can always trust. I want to introduce it to my friends too!
